Here is how you can study 16 hours worth of material in 6 hours :-

To be honest nobody can study for 16 hours, whoever says that he/she is doing so is either lying or pure crazy.

What you can do however is increase your efficiency and effectiveness in the number of hours you do study

Here are some hacks that have helped me a lot -

1) The 80/20 Principle

Also known as Pareto’s principle states that only 20% of effort yields 80% of results, so if you are studying for a test, look at the previous year question paper and see the common questions and study them OR study the topics that weigh most of your marks.

2) Pomodoro Technique

Study for 25 minutes take a 5 min break, then do it again (4 sessions), and take a longer break of 1–2 hours and repeat the cycle if you want to ( won't be necessary though)

This will allow you to retain more, work effectively and efficiently and put you in the state of flow ( read more about this online )

3) Quit Distractions

This should have been the first point, if you want to get more results in less hours you have to, at all costs QUIT ALL DISTRACTIONS WHILE STUDYING.
